Business supercharged

Malcolm Neale - sharing tips for increasing sales.

NEARLY 30 micro-businesses in the Hastings area discovered the buying strategies of customers at the bi-monthly Micro Business Forum (MBF) meeting at Town Green Inn.
MBF speaker liaison Pix Jonasson said guest speaker Fuel 4 Business managing director Malcolm Neale shared his sales tips as he spoke on the topic Supercharging Your Sales Results.
“Mal outlined the buying and decision making strategies of customers, how to structure client proposals and how to keep clients coming back,” Ms Jonasson said.
“Attendees learnt about the three different types of buyers – the automatic convincer, the period of time convincer and the multiple times convincer.
“Each customer/client falls into one of these categories, so it’s extremely important to understand your customer and address their needs.”
Ms Jonasson said MBF members and guests shared ideas with like-minded business owners and received a wealth of motivational advice from Mr Neale.
All micro-businesses (one to five staff) are invited to attend the next MBF meeting on Friday 8 August at 9.30am-12.30pm at Town Green Inn.
