TICKETS are now on sale for Sunshine Pho Fever, which will return during 2014 as part of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival.
The event will be on from Monday 10 March to Thursday 13 March.
Participants will be taken on a journey by the head cooks from Vietnamese restaurants in Sunshine, visiting eateries and learning about key ingredients.
Taste exotic, non-alcoholic Vietnamese cocktails, aromatic pho and learn the stories behind the south-east Asian delights.
Hosted by the Sunshine Business Association, the Pho Fever sessions will feature Brimbank restaurants the Nhi Nuong (2 Sisters), Thuan An, Sao Café, Pho Hien Saigon, Hoa Lan, Pho Lau Kim Long and Queen’s Rose The Sun.
Tickets are $45 per person, and the event will run between 6.15pm to 9pm each evening.
